How it Works
In this scenario we are going to assume that the business has set up a Punchkeeper account and the Customer has downloaded The Punchkeeper App.-
Step 1
Business has a unique QR code. -
Step 2
Customer makes a purchase. -
Step 3
Customer scans the business’s QR code and receives a punch. -
Step 4
Customer fills their unique punch card. -
Step 5
Customer scans the business’s QR code again to redeem their reward. -
Step 6
Loyal customer celebrates after receiving their reward.
The Basics
Customers with the Punchkeeper app receive digital "punches" using their phone to scan a QR code at the register after their purchase. Once scanned, the electronic card reveals a new punch and when the card is full, customers show their phone to the cashier to redeem their earned rewards.

The Process
Punchkeeper’s patent-pending technology utilizes QR codes allowing smart phones to communicate directly between a physical location and a central server. Because information is supported by the server customers are able to restore their digital cards in the event of phone loss or replacement.
