Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received at least five business days before the start of the next billing cycle which occurs on the last business day of every month. Punchkeeper does not offer refunds but businesses are able to cancel at any time. Cancellations must be made on a user's subscription page or emailing support@punchkeeper.com . Businesses can choose to cancel either individual stores or entire subscriptions. After cancellation, businesses continue to have access to all Punchkeeper services and specific company data until the end of the billing cycle.
